Tales of Teller, Alaska. My husband and I decided to take a risk, pack it up and here we are, the village of TELLER... in ALASKA... in the Bush...on a Spit. Population 350 or so. Surrounded by the Bering Sea, Bering Straits. Port Clarence Bay and Grantley Harbor, We are here and are completely in awe of every aspect of natural beauty, new friends, new life, new traditions, new food, new cultures and a lot of learning about myself.

I dropped my keys at night watching the Northern Lights. I traced my steps twice and found them. If they were completely lost, I have to pay to have a locksmith to fly here, change the lock on our building and making several keys for all the residents and extras for the office. Ron lost his, there were several people looking for his keys all over this area it was dark outside and they all had flashlights. If they did not find them, same deal, locksmith comes in.... he has keys to everything here. The school, the school rooms, the library, the truck, etc etc etc. We have to pay for all that. Learned a lesson then for sure.
Maybe the keys are burried in the snow...Shirlene's grandson lost his keys that way...
