Tales of Teller, Alaska. My husband and I decided to take a risk, pack it up and here we are, the village of TELLER... in ALASKA... in the Bush...on a Spit. Population 350 or so. Surrounded by the Bering Sea, Bering Straits. Port Clarence Bay and Grantley Harbor, We are here and are completely in awe of every aspect of natural beauty, new friends, new life, new traditions, new food, new cultures and a lot of learning about myself. ***I ENCOURAGE YOU TO PLEASE COMMENT OR ASK QUESTIONS***

Nome Gas Prices
I thought gas would be more expensive in Nome. Kind of surprising. I know someone sells here in Teller sells gas, but I have no idea where. There are some real vehicles here, pick up trucks only. The rest are either snow mobiles or four wheelers. Where we live sounds like a highway. Those machines are so darn loud and we live on a straight street. If you google map Teller, there are three streets, long streets. We live on the middle street. Seems to be popular. zoom zoom
